St. Mary's School: Giving

Ways to Give
St. Mary’s operates with ongoing financial support from our parish as well as well as generous donors and friends.

There are many ways that you can help to support the mission of St. Mary’s Catholic School:

Invest in our Tuition Assistance Fund
The St. Mary’s Tuition Assistance Fund, is a way for our school to provide tuition assistance and financial aid that will continue to benefit the students and the school in perpetuity. Anyone can donate to this fund by contacting Principal, Tim Wiedenmann (937) 548-2345 or by email at principal@smsgvl.com for more information.

Charitable Bequest
A simple, flexible and versatile way to ensure we can continue our work for years to come is a gift in your will or living trust, known as a charitable bequest. A charitable bequest is one or two sentences in your will or living trust that leave to St. Mary’s Catholic School a specific amount of money or gift contingent upon certain events or a percentage of your estate. By including a bequest to St. Mary’s in your will or living trust, you are ensuring that we can continue our mission for years to come. Your gift also entitles your estate to an unlimited federal estate tax charitable deduction. Contact Principal, Tim Wiedenmann (937) 548-2345 or by email at principal@smsgvl.com for more information.

Etta Mae Foley Memorial Dinner & St. Mary’s Auction
In April of each year, St. Mary’s School has a silent and live auction with the help of PAWS bingo, ladies of the Rosary Alter Society and our generous donors and bidders. Please feel free to contact the school office at (937) 548-2345 or by email at principal@smsgvl.com for more information. Donations of auction items, gift baskets, experiences and cash donations are accepted beginning in January of each year. All donations are tax deductible.
