A note from Mr. Hadden: On behalf of the 8th grade: I’d like to thank everyone that came to our Family Halloween Party on Saturday. It was a wonderful party, very well attended, with some great costumes and a fun time had by all. I would like to take a moment to recognize one of our students. This student represented the values of honesty and charity and made our school proud. In the final round of the musical chairs competition. Hudson Hummel thought the music had stopped. He sat down in the chair. Without anyone in charge telling him, he realized his mistake and stepped aside knowing this disqualified him and he didn’t win. This was a moment of true Christian Service and we should all be proud of and congratulate Hudson! The winners of the Lucky Star Drawing were: $750 – Kent Zechar $350 – Marilisa Winterrowd $250 – Steve Shockly $150- Tom Conklin & Julie $100 -Jenna Fleming Next week will be parent teacher conferences.
